The Krew of Oshun 's 2017 Parade theme is mythical creatures ; such as Pegasus, mermaids , and ware wolfs. The parade is Friday February 17 . Begins at 6pm on Napoleon and Perrier St. We have 18 beautiful floats. Our Grand Marshall is Adam Cesar, owner of Caesar 's lounge. Our King ( Shango ) is Vernon Krandle and our Queen is Stephanie Senigal . Our special guest riding alongside our Captain Ann Clark is yourself and former WWL-TV anchor Antwan Harris. Also riding are the New Orleans Super Saints fans. The Captain 's float will toast at Gallier Hall. We are actually the first parade to parade down the traditional uptown route.
