Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge a.k.a NxWorries are aiming for G.O.A.T. status with their long-awaited album.

On Tuesday, April 9, Stones Throw Records debuted the tracklist and cover art for the duo's upcoming sophomore album Why Lawd? The black-and-white album cover only features a pair of goats in the middle of two hills. There's also an alternative cartoon version of their cover, which was made by Rhymez Like Dimez, that will be available on vinyl. Their forthcoming project is set to hold 19 tracks with appearances from a slew of legends including Dave Chappelle, Thundercat, H.E.R., Snoop Dogg, October London, Earl Sweatshirt, Charlie Wilson and Rae Khalil.

It's been nine years since Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge first joined forces as NxWorries. In 2016, the duo released its debut album Yes Lawd! via Stones Throw which features their first song together "Suede" plus other fan favorites like "Link Up," "Another Time" and more. Since then, both artists released their own solo music but still made time to reunite on songs like "itkanbe[sonice]" from Knxwledge's 2020 album 1988.

Back in 2022, the duo recruited H.E.R. for their single "Where I Go," which kicked off the anticipation for their sophomore LP. The duo followed up with "Daydreaming" last year and recently dropped off their latest single "86Sentra." The vinyl version of their new album arrives first on June 7 followed by the digital release on June 14.

Check out the first three songs from the album below.
