Go Vote March 25...

Voters in 20 parishes, including Orleans, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. John the Baptist, will head to the polls on Saturday (March 25) to cast ballots to elect candidates or decide various propositions. The polls open at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m.

Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, 1st District, Division C

Jefferson/St. Charles

House District 92 (eastern St. Charles, South Kenner, portions of West Metairie)

  • Gisela Chevalier-R; Joe Stagni-R, and Chuck Toney-D


  • 5.59-mill property tax renewal for 10 years. It generates $2.7 million a year for street maintenance.


  • Mayor: Ted Munch-D; Joe Peoples-D; John Shaddinger Jr.*-D
  • City Council, District 2: Joshua Melford-D; Johnny Nobles Jr.*-D
