NEW ORLEANS, La. November 1, 2019 —Pastor Debra Morton, Greater Works & Friends in partnership with Mayor Latoya Cantell will host a “Go Vote or Go Back” early voting event Saturday, November 2, 2019. Pre-voting activities will kick off with a walk in Joe W. Brown Park at 8:00am and a rally with Mayor Cantrell at 9:00am. Attendees will be shuttled to the polls from 9:30am-11:00am. 

Event organizers are prepared to serve FREE food while attendees enjoy music and take advantage of prizes and give-a-ways. Pastor Debra Morton said, “We must Go Vote or Go Back! Go back to what? Go back to no healthcare, no childcare, no equal pay for women, no prison reform etc. We must take action against letting our city and state go back...we must vote!”
