Mary J. Blige can add another trophy to her collection. The Queen of Hip Hop Soul definitely let everybody know at the Billboard Music Awards that she "was ghetto fabulous, and I still am." In accepting the Icon award at the show, she talked about the hard work she put into becoming the woman she is today throughout her journey. She also said that she's been through a lot of hurt and pain and she has finally figured out what she loves the most and that is herself.
I'm so happy for MJB because she has been on quite the journey for many years, and whenever and wherever she can get her flowers, she absolutely should.
